My only issue is, I ordered it Open-Box Like New but the exterior was banged up more than expected. Otherwise no issue.

Like the speed cook buttons and also the +30 seconds button works in combination with any time entered. Old one would only add 30 if you started with 30. Blue display looks cool! Not so crazy that if you turn off the "beep" sounds, it also means that the timer only counts down the time on display and doesn't beep at the end of countdown, but that's not a deal breaker. My second Insignia small kitchen appliance. Overall, good microwave for a good price (purchased on sale).
