I had no idea how nice this microwave is. It has express cook, excellent auto defrost, and it is whisper quiet. Worth every penny.

After looking at multiple reviewes decided on this and it did not disappoint . The item was new but package was damaged, I was expecting this to be bubblewrapped without any damaged package.

It is small enough to not take up too much counter space, yet fits a full sized plate. It's also got enough power to do it's job. She is very happy with it.

Perfect for dorm

It doesn't take up alot of space and is quite powerful for it's small size. He is pleased with it. I plan to purchase another one when my other son leaves for college.

The only reason it got a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is it is a bit loud. It buzzes while cooking, a lot louder than previous ones I've owned.

After a few other flops, this microwave came out on top. What I don't like are that the spinning plate sticks sometimes and then jumps when it gets traction again. Another thing I don't like is that one foot is not the same height as the others so I have to place something under it to prevent wobbling. Overall this microwave does what it needs to do and fits where it needs to fit, so I'm content with the product.
