The manual is a little confusing on operating. The clock light is too bright but took a week to discover that if you push the stop button twice it would turn it off. I returned the first one thinking i had a defect, like i said a better manual would of help me in this situation. It's faster than my old microwave which was 0.7 cu. ft and 700 watts. If i have a problem i will return it to Bestbuy within a year, that's one thing good about insignia.
