When we took it out of the box, the silver paneling was coming off already. So we had to call the store to see if they could replace with another piece. It was quite complicated due to the policy changes in the store from the COVID situation. After a lot of talking back and forth, we were able to get another one through curb side pick up. That one is working so far.

I immediately went to the BEST BUY site and ordered this one and it came in two days and is excellent,. It has simple instructions and a simple control panel that makes operation simple and effective. The cooking is first class and I have enjoyed it very much.
