Works well but glass plate slides off track
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My microwave died about a month after COVID hit, so I couldn't go look at replacements. This one was in stock and looked ok on line. It is fine enough, I like the "quick" buttons and the power is enough to heat frozen meals etc. However, the turntable is awful. The glass plate and the plastic piece seem ill fitted. The glass slides off the turntable thing all the time and it is pretty noisy as compared to my other one because the glass plate can come "off track" while cooking. I think the plastic piece with the wheels that the plate rests on is too low and does not support the plate correctly and the triangle piece in the center of the microwave that fits with the glass plate is too small and it also allows the plate to slip off. I've had it over a year, so I can say it did not ever get better.
