But this product was very nice and I have bought a lot of them for my business and it only happened to a few. Might’ve been the customers who damaged it but thought I’d mention it.

The most important were the measurements. It had to fit in a very tight space and the measurements were true to what was on the website and the box. Easy to hook up and works perfectly in the space!

Purchased for my Mom who has limited counter space. Very easy to use and operates like most standard microwaves. The stainless steel look gives youe kitchen a nice upgrade.

I only have two complaints. It has no built-in backup battery for power outages, so if you have custom programmed settings, you will need to re-program them after an outage. Also, the inside edge of the door is very sharp so it's a bad pinching risk. I had to use a file to round off the edge a little.

Even today it works well and appearance is pleasing with stainless steel body. The settings are more than sufficient for a small family. It has been in regular use several times a day since purchased.
