    If I could give it a ten I would. In the last year I have purchased Three microwaves All died within a month. The insignia brand I have never tried I am sooo glad I did. I Love it. It's perfect.

    Best things - you can turn off the tones, the add 30 seconds is the start button, Best Buy recycled our old microwave (very hard to get rid of). Our old microwave (the same outside size as this one) had a lot more cooking space, but works for us and we couldn’t beat the price
