This has definitely been a lifesaving purchase my mom is oxygen and can’t get downstairs so I purchased this microwave for her so she could warm food. Absolutely perfect!

Small, but powerfull enough. Works perfect in my small kitchen. All the basic functions a microwave should have.

Its a life saver. I am usually in a hurry to get going for breskfast and this works just fine.

My son went to college and wanted this. After getting it, he learned to cook and found limitations with it. That said, for the basics it was a reliable unit.

Old microwave finally bit the dust after 20 years so I had to purchase a new one. Must say that this microwave is very powerful and I have no issue with how food turns out. Only downside is the number pad peels extremely easily. Not the end of the world but it's not the most appealing to the eye.

This replaced a larger Sharp microwave that started running as soon as I opened the door....its not supposed to do that! It works fine, with several programmed settings.

Needed new microwave after smaller once went crazy. This one was on sale & big enough. Sometimes makes a noise as if it’s gotten too hot. Will take in for warranty to check out.

I use the microwave to reheat food and pop popcorn. It’s does the job sufficiently. The bell signaling food is finished is annoying. That’s the worst thing that I can say about the machine

Well here I am looking for another microwave. About a month ago the microwave had started making this zapping noise while being used. We’d turn it off and not use it. Just today I tried popping a bag of popcorn and it started doing it again. The metal plate that’s on the inside started burning. It now has charred marks on it. So I’m not using it anymore. I purchased this microwave October 30th 2022. It lasted a little over a year.

This attractive microwave is like all the other Insignia products we've tried: reliable, trouble free and good looking. Has plenty of power with its 900 watts. Heats evenly with its revolving tray. It's quiet and the touch pad is simple and works well.

Great quality for the price! Purchased as stand-in when our wall oven/microwave stopped working until we could new one delivered. Will keep for future office or form use.

This is one of the best microwaves I have ever bought I would definitely buy it again and recommend everyone to buy one you will not be disappointed..

Good features for what you pay. This is a value purchase that went in a dorm room where there were limitations on the wattage of the microwave. I would not use this as the main microwave in a house, but for a college dorm it works well.

This Insignia Microwave has all the qualities for use by an elderly person. It has an easy to read display and a compact size. But it is not ideal because the door release button is very hard to open. An elderly person will find it next to impossible to exert the pressure needed to open the door. A comparable model by the competition has a very easy release button. We had to go with the competition. I hope Insignia will correct this design flaw.
