The surface is black so the silver scratch is predominate. I hide it with my toaster oven. It wasn't worth returning for the price and the pandemic.

The move up to 900 watts is great. Food cooks much faster and the popcorn pops perfectly. Super happy with this purchase. Great price at $69.99.

Looked at LG compact but didn't like that you couldn't enter time to cook (preset 10 sec. increments). No issues with time cook entry with Insignia. Little thing, but like blue LED to match our Whirlpool appliances.

After further inspection all looked fine. Have not tried all the functions yet, but so far so good. Good price.

It is perfect for what I need. It’s a little loud and slower to warm than my old microwave but all in all a solid item!
