I could not believe it was at my door within an hour and also that I live 20 minutes from the store. This micro operates a little differently than most...if I 've got it right you have to tell it whether you are heating or using the clock, but I am happy with it. I know that I intentionally bought a smaller wattage and still adjusting to that. It would be helpful if the company had a conversion chart in the micro from a larger oven or the wattage used for cooking directions. Extremely quiet.

The only thing I would do to make it better is find a way for the door to close easier since you have to push really hard to lock it amd it makes a big noise.
