It is the perfect small size we needed to fit into our cabinet. It’s small, but still quickly heats.

Very good microwave. Easy to use and very predictable results.

I bought this to use on Passover, instead of cleaning my very big 1200 watt microwave oven I use the rest of the year. This one is quite nice. Really takes up less space than my big one, but cooks everything I need very quickly. Has lots of options, and is fairly quiet. The only thing I miss is the moisture sensor that my other one has.

And heats up the food perfectly! Also the perfect size not too small or too large! Price was worth it.

My previous Sharp microwave quit after 26.5 years of faithful service. I started researching replacements and came across this unit. My old Sharp microwave was only 800 watts so this Insignia unit was a slight step up in power to 900 watts. I saw this in my local Best Buy and thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, although I have no reason not too, I don't hold Best Buy's Insignia brand in high regard. I normally associate Insignia products with with low end and low quality designed to meet a low price point. But I saw this microwave on sale for $54.99 as a pre-Black Friday and thought I'd give it try. I'm glad I did. I'm pleasantly surprised. It's nice looking, stylish and seems solidly built. It has performed well. Some other reviewers mentioned that they got one with a misaligned door. My door was perfectly aligned. I don't really notice the additional 100 watts over my previous oven but I find the time to heat things comparable. I don't think it heats as uniformly as my old microwave but I'm OK with that - it does a fine job. I don't use the microwave for much cooking with the exception of raw frozen fish fillets and frozen vegetables. It does fine with those. Mainly I use the microwave for reheating food from the refrigerator or my own homemade soups, stews, rice and chili from the freezer. All in all, it was bargain at the price I paid.

Great little microwave. Looks sharp, takes up little space. Easy to operate. Door a little noisy, but so what! Great Deal, for the price.
