Use a microwave daily for old fashioned oatmeal in 6 minutes at 50%. Old one still worked after 22 years, but a sale & 5 x miles prompted upgrading. Great product! Memory is a new bell & whistle for me. I can fit larger containers in it also. I'll consider Insignia for other purchases since although not important with this purchase, was unbelievably straight forward. Delivery was faster than promised too!

So far so good. We microwave few items and wanted a small counter top system. There are bells and whistles that we probably will never or seldom use. I have no negatives to share currently. I do prefer a handle to open the door but not having such is not a deal breaker. Great microwave that I caight on sale...it does the job.

I just moved to a new home and purchased the microwave in early July. From the first day I had it we noticed it shut off on us. However, the next day it worked without a problem and warmed up perfectly. I assume the malfunction maybe was due to the electrical of the home as it needs updating. However, there are moments where it has shut off on us again as it stops working so wondering if it just gets overheated. I ex out the electrical possibility because my oven is connected in the same outlet, and it works consistently without a problem. Therefore, my rating is a 3-star for that very reason. I didn't take it back to Best Buy because I didn't purchase the warranty and threw out the box.

It's new, which nice. Heats up foods faster then my old one. Easy to use.

I purched this microwave for my daughter's small kitchen counter table. It looks great and very convenient. Also quality is great for price. It's my first time buying this brand and I am very happy with it. My daughter is also very happy with it . We both recommend it.

My large microwave finally bit the dust after all these years so bought this smaller one as a replacement. This fits perfectly on my kitchen stand and works amazing. I find that I can stop my microwave about 1 or 2 min before the recommend times for most of my frozen dinners. I think it is a powerful little machine, got it on sale.

Nice, compact and modern design, easy to use with a large digital display

Bought this microwave as a open box and at a price I willing to pay. Got it home and everything was in the box. Nothing was missing. Plugged it in and does it's job. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the led display. You could land airplanes as bright as it is. It lights up the whole kitchen at night. So you could say, I got a microwave and a kitchen night light too. In fairness, you can hit the stop/cancel button twice and the display turns off. I didn't even need to read the owners manual, because it's exactly like my old dead Magic Chef. Which didn't surprise me, there are only 2 or 3 manufactures in the world. All the brand names just slap their name on the same microwaves. All in all, this is a nice microwave.
