The food was not heating up. My husband and I decided to get Insignia microwave. It took half the time to heat up something. We love it

Its a microwave

In fact it does a better job than my old microwave. Insignia is a brand that can be trusted. It does not have all the bells and whistles of premium microwaves but it works. Now I waiting to see the longevity of it.

Great but check the size.

My only real complaint is that it runs a little small. I should have checked the dimensions beforehand. A medium to large plate will not fit in this microwave. I've had to heat things separately in smaller plates because a larger one would simply not fit. Does it take away from the value? No. Still worth it for the price.

Attractive microwave but fingerprint magnet

Do not touch the front of the microwave too much when using it though because it creates the worst fingerprint marks even from light taps and the cleanest/driest hands. Would recommend to most people regardless of that and the price can’t really be beat at this wattage, size, and style.
