Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My last microwave died after about 20 years - but since I live in a house where too many electrical devices will blow a fuse, I had to make sure I got a microwave with only 900 watts - this one works and the nice thing is, my popcorn bowl fits - The problems I encounter is that 1) the beep signaling the end of my cook time continues even after I open the microwave, which is annoying 2) the popcorn cycle is less than two minutes unlike other microwaves where the popcorn cycle is 2:30 3) too many presets, I'm used to just punching in the number of seconds or minutes I need - I use my microwave for many things that require less than a minute - yes I'm starting to get used to hitting time cook and then punching in the number of seconds Other than that, it's a good value...

The only problem was checking out. It took forever and the store was not very busy. Other customers were complaining. I did not. But, the managers only response was we have a pandemic going on right now, even as several employees were just standing around doing nothing.
