Carousel does not turn in sync with the timer e.g., if you place a coffee cup with the handle pointing to the door and heat it for 30 seconds, when the time has lapsed, the handle will be pointing in a different direction.

I have a small kitchen, so the compact microwave is good for me. Funny thing about the instructions is that it says nowhere in the book how to open the door. That had me stumped at first. It probably didn't occur to whoever wrote the book that some users would be new to microwave.

The salespersons all was eager to support. I was just browsing around and I decided that I will purchase a microwave. The product was in stock and the price was reasonable. The check out clerk was knowledgeable about the product which she knew to ask about extended warranty. I was just happy.
