Sometimes items must be stirred mid-heat for more even heating. But the size of the microwave is nice--I can fit a standard dinner plate inside. Overall pleased--was looking for a compact microwave for an apartment with little counter space.

They have no trouble operating it. Replaced over the stove model. This is just the right size to sit on counter and is easy to reach in take items out.

Add 20% to time or power level. Everything else is AOK. Like the smaller size, does not take up as much counter spsce.

You can set it to a quiet mode so you don’t wake your family up during those late night cravings. Has a nice look to it and easy to clean. I ordered this microwave around 4 am with same day shipping and got it before noon. It was awesome and sure you won’t regret.

Have been using portable air conditioner which is very good. Since I get to know that Insignia’s products are from the Best Buy own company, makes me more interested to buy Best Buy’s own products.

This microwave has done a great job and we are really glad we purchased it. It does all the things our larger microwave did - just in a smaller version. This will be a back up for us for years to come.

Its stainless steel look went perfect with our other appliances in the kitchen, and because it was a smaller microwave, didn't take too much counter space! Great price as well.
