It is quieter and has a better button layout with blue LED readout. It is not as powerful as my old LG meaning it takes 30 seconds longer to get food as hot. Not really a problem for me. The quieter operation makes up for that. Very satisfied with this purchase

Got it open box so its worth the money i spent.

I’m fairly certain it will be cleaned virtually never. This, I didn’t want to spend excessive dollars to pop corn and heat ramen noodles. Small size was great as the house has limited counter space.

We delivered it to her as she was concerned about having a "stranger" coming into her home during covid. She has since said it is working fine as is easier for her to use due to the pre-sets.

It's nothing fancy but it looks nice and it does the job. I didn't realize how slow my old microwave was running until I burned something in the new one. LoL. Basic microwave with the basic bells and whistles. I'm satisfied especially considering the deal I got.
