No cons so far. Appreciate that the turntable is removable for easy cleaning. Much quieter than the unit we used to have....almost can't hear it when it is running. Happy with this microwave.

The first one I purchased was faulty. It was such on from the moment it was plugged in until I pulled it. Didn't check if it ran with the door open but the second one does not, and works fine.

I put something frozen in, read the box to see how long, enter the time on the microwave, and BAM! Nice cooked food. Only downside is you have to press the timed cook button to enter a simple time.

It doesn't take up too much counter space. And I love the stainless steel trim. It's not large enough to defrost large items like a turkey. However, it's perfect for every day needs.

Does exactly what it needs to do

This one does the job for a one person household like a college or single. It holds only one large dinner plate, so warming up a big item like a plate of frozen tamales it took more time with. The buttons are a bit mushy on the keypad. Cooks frozen dinners well. Defrost settings is on point. I don't really have to add time to any instructions because it has the power. Would recommend if you too are looking for a budget microwave.
