This product heats food well, but does take up a fair amount of counter space - make sure you know how much room you have to work with. Microwave arrived in good condition and was packaged well. Hope it lasts as long as the previous unit.

Not sure if I have a bad one or not or if this is normal. Still debating whether to return it or not. Just went ahead & purchased the protection plan Just in case it fails. I bought it because of great sale price & power wattage. Never had a problem with the Insignia brands before.
