Unfortunately it doesn’t always work. By the time this started to happen BB would not take it back and the manufacturer was not helpful.

Got this one on sale and so far it works great. Just dont like the push button to open, my other one had a handle. Also i feel like it doesn't heat the things as hot as my previous microwave. But it works good and warms food. A good purchase for price.
