My first one started sparking at about 11 months, so was under warranty, and I replaced it with pretty much the same model. That one just started sparking after 14 months, so is not under warranty. I will be replacing it, but not with another Insignia microwave.

You set the timer but you think it’s hot enough. Try eating food it turns out still cold. You have to put plate back in microwave a little longer.

The whole back and one of the back corners is all dented and caved in. When buying a new product, it should not be damaged. Does anyone inspect these before being packaged? Are your delivery people throwing the boxes? I will exchange it one time, but if I get another damaged one I will not be happy.
