    The first microwave that I received was dented. After returning it and receiving a replacement, I unpacked it and read the setup manual. I've tried a few settings. The microwave sounds like it's not running well compared to my previous microwave.

    I guess for the price i shouldnt have expected much. Doesnt heat things up very well which makes it pretty useless. Theres no nuking anything; at least 3-4 minutes to heat something up

    I had too many issues with this product right from the start. I had the item shipped to me and it came damaged. After the headache of getting a replacement, the second one came defective and would run even if the door was open without spinning. I gave up and returned this product to get a higher quality one.

    This is garbage. I just had it and I used it only a few times even just counting on my fingers. One night when I got home from work I wanted to heat something up but only to find out that this thing is no longer working! No it’s no longer returnable!!!

    Between one and two months after receiving microwave starting making weird noises and smoking. Tried getting replaced or repaired under warranty but they wouldn't do either. Waste of money. Buyer beware.

    Just used couple times, it started by itself and cannot stop it even press stop and cancel. And I can’t return it after 15days I bought. I need contact the manufacturer to negotiate the problem, it is bad experience

    Purchased this in April, 2021. Worked great for over a year. Just got off the phone with insignia, they do not have any sort pf replacement parts for this model such as fuse or breakers. Which means no good microwave now.

    Dead out of the box. Buttons did not work and had to buy a different microwave from a different store since the return period expired between my purchase and taking it out of the box.

    Within a year it started acting up. Won't cook food right anymore. Within about 4 seconds everything is popping and food is piping hot

    I bought this 6 months ago and the unit is smoking, buzzing and sparking. And No, I didn’t have any metal or aluminum objects in it either.
