    The contents in the box did not match the manual. The wheel ring and post were both missing. I’m disabled and they wanted me to pack up the 40 pound microwave and take it back to the store for a new box. It wasn’t feasible for me. I called the manufacturer and they said they didn’t have the part available. After paying for the microwave, I still had to pay $40 for the missing part/shipping.

      Hi, Thanks for your review. there is no separated wheel ring in accessary bag. The ring has been inserted into oven cavity already.

    It allows me to cook all my favorite food foods in the microwave. The handle is good for opening and closing it. Especially because sometimes I babysit I don’t want the kids opening up the microwave and doing something done which is where I find the locking good thing.
