    Is it a cheap microwave? Yes, it doesn't have a steam sensor or anything for sensor cooking or proper microwave popcorn. But it's cheap, has a toddler/pet proof door, and get's the job done. Perfect for dorms, apartments, and anywhere else where an over the range microwave would be a terrible idea.

    So far, so good! I was a bit concerned about going from a push-button-open system to a handle-open system but I actually like it better! There is a button you easily push up with your index finger before opening the door and it is smooth, light, and easy! No more pushing a button hard enough the microwave pushes back. Sometimes though, the sound is so muted that I begin thinking it's not working properly but it seems like it is - which is why I took off a point as I still need more time to evaluate this. Happy so far.
