My only complaint, it doesn't do it for you...you gotta get up and put your food in it, and then enter the cooking time, and push the start button. Worst is I acutally have to get back up and get the food out, it doesn't bring it to you...also this model does not mount under my cabinets.

I was a little hesitant to buy an off brand, but have been extremely pleased with my purchase so far, but it would have been nice to get the 2 free gifts
