I've never had a microwave that I could feel the heat coming from as it's running.

Did a chat and made and appointment for repair. The microwave was put in for repair today, January 24, 2025, because of a buzzing noise upon start up. Thank goodness for the one year warranty. Hopefully it gets resolved and will last a long time. Remember when microwaves lasted for years and years? What happened to that? Bad Experience: Allison, the general manager was very rude!! At first she said there wasn't a warranty on the microwave. She was more worried about being a smart mouth, than she was about helping the customer. Very Disrespectful!!!

My old microwave lasted over 10 years so I am shocked how quickly this product died. Not sure if I got a dud but won’t be repurchasing this brand again for sure.
