    Well 1 year has pasted. Guess what I need a new one. Unbelievable the reviews were true. Worked great in the beginning....now it won't get my water hot for my morning coffee! Doesn't get anything warm or hot.

    1. this product lasted only for 15months for me , the warranty is for 12 months , so had to throw away this junk 2. for service center : there are no supervisors available to listen customer calls , only associates talking with limited authourity (no replacement) 3. suggestions (a) talk with best buy (b) reachout to geeksquad they might fix 4. for a 100$ product you run around for fixing or throw it after 15months

    We purchased this microwave a month ago and we've had nothing but trouble. The opening mechanism is VERY flimsy and I'm sure will not last very long. It will run just fine for a few days, and then it just stops like it needs a vacation. The price was good, but that is the only good thing about it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this microwave, it's a piece of crap.
