Bought all microwave ovens from BB for almost 40 years. This is the 1st lemon. Very disappointing. My mobility disabilities caused me to wait until just this week of June 15 to finally get the box opened & set up for me. This "1000 watt" oven takes 4-6 times longer to cook anything, than a little 700 watt snack microwave oven. I always buy a warranty, but I fit all 4 high-risk CV-19 categories 7 remain quarantined at home, so an exchange isn't possible @ this time. Due to disabilities I'm stuck with just the multiple, infrequent series of buses to get to the nearest BB. That doesn't factor electric wheelchair control, I can't lift the oven myself, & also commanding a service dog, besides purse, rescue items. So, what am I to do?

Within the first year the plastic over the numbers bubbled up and made it look rough aesthetically, almost as I had had it for years. Within this past year the number options to set the time do not work. I can only use the 30 second increment button to heat anything up. It's very frustrating.

I purchased it thinking I was getting a good deal and not only is it cheaper today ( 59.99 when I purchased on 11/28 but they cant price match today 12/1 because I bought it during their cyber sale) but the microwave DOES NOT WARM FOOD. So literally it does not work. I was fine with waiting a few days again because I thought I was getting a good deal but this hassle is not worth it and make matters worse I'm pregnant and emotional so imagine not being able to heat your families food. Sorry but seriously DO NOT BUY.
