Lasted 6 months almost to the day

Bought it on May 13, which is 1 day short of 6 months ago. Started making a weird grinding, popping noise, then sparked and started smoking. Not sure what part failed but it doesn't matter to me. An appliance like this dying so soon is a waste of money in any case. Stay away and buy a reputable brand.

I don't expect it to last much longer. We've had it for 18 months and the warranty is only 12 months. I'd possiblystill recommend the microwave but factor in an extended warranty!

Seems like a health hazard. Then you have to push the door release over and over for it to open. I guess I got my money's worth. Bad choice.

Also, I received an open box item when it should be new. (The staples that normally sealed the box was gone and the box was sealed with tape.) Returned it for replacement. Was on phone over 1 hour. Transferred to at least 5 different people. Matter is still unresolved. Taking it as a lost. It's sparking inside and outside and they want to repair it. Product is not safe. Will not buy small appliances from here again.

It worked fine until a few weeks ago when it started coming on randomly. It warmed its last meal today and will now power on but will not cook. I realize that I am outside of the one year warranty, but I really expected this microwave to last longer than that. The one I had previously lasted over 25 years.

Worked bit had a burning wire smell
