The return window is 14days, So we now have a microwave that is not working and not returnable. Lousy product for bestbuy private brand.

Never used it until last week. It never worked like it should and now it does nothing. The return period is passed and I can't return it. No one at the Best Buy near me will answer the phone. I sent in an email last week but again, no response.

Piece of garbage

So stay away it's a waste of money and time.

Door switch defective just after warranty expired

The door switch broke and now the microwave will start and stop at random. Very suspicious that it broke just after the one year warranty expired. Buy another brand, not this one.

Broken after 1 year, 4 months.

Pretty disappointed

This lasted less than 18 months. Now it doesn’t heat and doesn’t stop when plugged in. None of the buttons work. Pretty disappointed. Better to buy a good brand than Best Buy brand.

Budget microwave works decently for first 6 months

OK for Two Years, Then to the Landfill
