    A dud right out of the box!

    This microwave was a dud the minute I took it out of the box. I put my food in for 2 min and it was cold when I took it out. I tried for another 2 min— still ice cold. And just to experiment, I tried another 2 min—the microwave just didn’t get warm at all. Beware!

    Nice microwave but there’s a flaw in it smells like it was burning returned it and got a replacement and the same thing happened so I went with a different brand

    After minimal use, the cook button covering tore. It's the main button that is used when cooking. This happened after 1 month. This is garbage!

    It was good until it wasn't. We've had it about 3 months and it worked great. It then started smoking while using it and of course it happens after it is no longer returnable.
