It works well. Different from my old(20+y.o. ) Sharp, so a bit of a learning curve, but it has done everything I expected. I haven't tried my microwave peanut brittle in it yet, but I have until next Christmas to figure it out. I like it, and the price was right.

I like this microwave door as my son has previously broken the push to open ones, and this has a handle with a release button that I think will last longer. it is a good size for items I normally microwave. I am still getting use to the 1200 wats cooking in less time than my old 1000 wats. Got this one delivered 11-9 after the last one just stopped working.

Overall the microwave is nice and works well. Easy to use.

Great microwave, nice size, works well out of the box

Most microwaves have a similar look, function, and performance, so why pay more for the name on the front? (They are all probably made by Midea anyway.) This Insignia microwave looks nice, works well, and feels like reasonable quality.

I only just got this oven so I can't speak to longevity, but so far it's great. I love the features like 3 memory settings, you can turn the display and the sound on or off, and of course the inverter. The instructions for these ARE in the book, contrary to some reviews.

The microwave looks great on our counter. It has a nice size to fit most things we want to heat up. The door has a safety lock to keep small kids from putting things into the microwave. It is easy to clean.

Simple to use, nice keypad layout. Like the safety on the door handle. Plenty of wattage and lots of room for cooking. Great buy!

I’m so satisfied with this new microwave. Was getting sick of using a 1000 watt when most of the frozen food says 1200. Now this one is 1400 so had to experiment how much time could be saved but overall I like it a lot. Also very easy to use with lots of great settings

I received 2 defective ones, before finally getting a good one on the 3rd try. I’ve only had it about a week but so far it’s great. It’s so much quieter when running than my last microwave that it replaced. it heats/cooks everything perfectly.

Excellent quality! It's much quieter than most microwaves I've used. It heats very evenly, and the door doesn't make that loud, annoying click when you open and close it!

I had to replace my old microwave and this, Insignia 1.6 cu. ft. Is perfect for my space. It is more powerful than I thought it would be. I would recommend to my friends. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

I really like my new Microwave. The size is perfect. I like the fact that you can't just pull the door open automatically and the rest of my family really liked it as well, it was perfect, just in time for Thanksgiving.

Got this microwave during the holidays. It literally broke down within 30 days. Guys at Geek Squad helped me out a lot. With manager approval, swapped it out for another one and it works great. Got the warranty just in case.

I love the look of this microwave. It is very stylish. It works well, however the "Sensor Reheat" tends to overheat food if you leave your plate in there until the end of the cycle. Other than that, I would say it performs as expected.

The best part i like is the ease of use from one touch settings to opening of door.

We find this Microwave very good, and it fills our needs. The wattage is great and really does the job. It is worth the money, at least as good as the bigger names' performance thus far.

Very good and powerful countertop microwave. 1400 watts cooks and reheats fast, just remember that when selecting your time. Very easy to overheat an item but once you dial it in it’s a great microwave.
