Wondering. Can’t go wrong with this microwave at all

My wife loved is a great product and accessible price

I didn't get to use it. The outside of the box was damaged and in turn the microwave was damaged on the door. Returned it and purchased a different microwave

I love this microwave. Works great, and looks great

The door is too long and makes opening it and taking things in and out awkward however the cooking function itself works very nice.

Purchased the microwave during Black Friday sale and while installation was easy, the unit is dead after just five months. Will call warranty to work on replacement. Until then one star.

Waiting for kids to hook before we can try but seems like a good unit.

the side of the microwave handle started chipping off a month or two after purchase and the audio notification it makes when its done cooking is worse than any morning alarm tone i have ever had in my life :)

Will have to see what Insignia customer service/warranty on this item does for us tomorrow, but purchased in Jan and worked fine for 11mos till now in Dec I get a call from my folks who I installed this for saying it's completely dead - no power. They tested the outlet it's plugged into and no problems there. I may raise the rating slightly if they offer exceptional support, but in general we're lucky it broke just within warranty but bad that we and others have seen problems like this.

Very disappointed in the product. Purchased Sept 2018 and it went out last week. The manufacturer will do nothing but tell you it’s out of warranty and leave it at that. It’s a shame that the products doesn’t last at least a few years. Even Frigidaire will last you at least 8-9 yrs and that brand really sucks. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND WALK PAST THIS PRODUCT. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IM SURE YOU DO TOO

Was great while it lasted. Purchased 6/18 out in 5/21. SMH!

Not very good at sensing what it cooks. I have to cook things longer compared to my other unit.

Really disappointed with this purchase, the Microwave broke in less than a year and was under warranty but they would not replace it! I'll never buy this brand again, its for the dumps

I purchased this item back in December 2017, today it all of a sudden stopped working, Paid over $200 for a microwave to last a little over a year.

Purchased in November of 2018. It lasted a whopping 14 months. Would not recommend.

Died after 2 years, it is complete garbage. Do not buy!

It was delivered very damaged and unusable, returned and went with a Samsung.

One year and six weeks after purchase and it has died.

The star deduction is for no push button for the door. I bought this back in September installed just like any other microwave. I bought this on sale 130.00 to replace a Samsung that was twice as much and only 30 months old. I will never buy a Samsung again after my experience it was extremely loud and I am not talking about the exhaust fan. The insignia is much quieter and better light for the stove top. It would be nice for a push button door opener but, for the price not a problem.
