    Basic fridge easy to set cooling range will hold 2 six packs.rack on door is a little shakey when you open the door the items move. And raddle it hand to open on a carpet floor

    Doesn’t keep things in fridge cool. It’s been a year since we bought for my son. At first it worked fine but after a couple of months it wasn’t cooling.

    I purchased an Insignia mini fridge at the end of November to prepare for our nursery, but when I finally plugged it in a month and a half later I was surprised. it was extremely loud, didn’t cool at all, and made a leaking sound when the door was open. Very disappointed in the quality. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return or warranty claim, because it’s “outside return window”. And trying to warranty has not gone well so far. Would not recommend.

    For what I paid, it's nothing out of this world, it gets the job done. But it's just a bit too small, can't fit some bottle sizes in there.

    The shipping was good and it works properly but it came with a dent in the door so that was kind of disappointing bc I was giving it as a gift to my dad.

    Smaller than you think. Makes a popping noise on occasion. Freezer-less so that's nice, no more defrosting needed.

    This is the second day, and every eight minutes, this machine makes a sound as though a small champagne bottle is being opened. Other than that, it’s ok.

    Fridge never worked, spewed oil all over my counter. Item is defective and this was the absolute worst customer service experience imaginable. I plugged the fridge in for the first time thirty days after I bought it. Best Buy refused to take it back, made me drive 45 mins to the store to have it sent out for repair which will take four weeks. This is the very last thing item I will ever purchase at Best Buy. Good riddance.

    I’m not sure if my fridge is bad or if it’s just unbelievably noisy! My friend has the same one she got last summer and not a peep comes out of it!! Might be going back to the store but it’s difficult for me to repack and return.

    Item purchase open box in the label describes excellent condition but have big damaged in corner area but the refrigerator works me very disappointed to go back and returned

    I have been buying products at Best Buy for many years. I never had any problem with any product bought at Best Buy. This is the first time, It did not work from the begining, however since I had to go out of town, I was not able to return it on time. I was happy to buy it, however, highly dispointed because it broke down. I wish I could have my money back :(

    Absolutely terrible!!!!! Inventory in the online sight said they had 1 new and 1 open box. I bought the new one, and when I opened it at home it said open box on the inside. The fridge also had a huge scratch on all sides of it.
