The first one I ordered came dented. The second one gone but does not level. I had to put it at highest setting to cool items in fridge

Why me

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very frustrating I needed a mini fridge badly and after just 10 days the fridge has stopped working completely I’ve tried looking up how to fix it but I still have no idea why it’s leaking I have barely used it yet so there’s no way it can be something we have done. definitely overpriced for something this crappy I’m going to attempt to return it but It’s hard for me to get back to the store so fantastic soaked my floor

WARNING....DON'T BUY THIS FRIDGE

This unit is VERY small inside. I use it just for condiments and it holds very few of those! It is rather noisy as it turns on often. Wish that it was a bit larger inside.

Poor cooling performance

I bought a refrigerator temp monitor and found the temp even on level 7 was just 44-49 degreees. Am trying to return now. Bestbuy estimates turnaround repair time to be 3-4 weeks! Terrible experience.

Small but not as reliable as I hoped

Disappointed

It stopped working April 2020. Called Best Buy, who referred me to Insignia, who referred me back to Best Buy Geek Squad. Geek Squad said bring it to the store, but stores are closed due to the corona virus. Then promised to call me back with instructions/decision - never did. Took a half a day on the phone, felt like I wasted my time. Refrigerator had one yr warranty, which all said they'd honor. Seems they make it so inconvenient, that after a while you give up and reason heck it only cost $79.99, I'll just buy another, only not from Best Buy or Insignia.

Stopped Working After 3 Months

It stopped working around January. At first it would need to be reset and would then work for periods of time. Not long after it just stopped working altogether. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase. For over 100 dollars this fridge should have lasted much longer that 3 months. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Big Disappointment

Mines clunked out in about 15 months, huge disappointment. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.
