    Bought a Insignia mini fridge, NS-CF17BK9, in Sept 2019. It stopped working April 2020. Called Best Buy, who referred me to Insignia, who referred me back to Best Buy Geek Squad. Geek Squad said bring it to the store, but stores are closed due to the corona virus. Then promised to call me back with instructions/decision - never did. Took a half a day on the phone, felt like I wasted my time. Refrigerator had one yr warranty, which all said they'd honor. Seems they make it so inconvenient, that after a while you give up and reason heck it only cost $79.99, I'll just buy another, only not from Best Buy or Insignia.

    I’m not happy with this refrigerator, sometimes it’s cold and sometimes it’s not, I hate having to use ice and see it melt before my eyes, maybe I just got a lemon but I’m gonna spend a little more and go with a Frigidaire.

    Stopped Working After 3 Months

    I bought this refrigerator to use at work in September. It stopped working around January. At first it would need to be reset and would then work for periods of time. Not long after it just stopped working altogether. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase. For over 100 dollars this fridge should have lasted much longer that 3 months. I would not recommend this to anyone.

    It might be because I purchased a used one but it was leaking and the shelves are not made to hold even a small gallon of milk. This would be more appropriate for cans.

    Several of the 1 star reviews explain how the fridge died in a short period of time. Mines clunked out in about 15 months, huge disappointment. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

    Fridge spoiled several gallons of milk. I bought a refrigerator temp monitor and found the temp even on level 7 was just 44-49 degreees. Am trying to return now. Bestbuy estimates turnaround repair time to be 3-4 weeks! Terrible experience.

    I bought this mini fridge for my son's room. He just keeps a few waters or soft drinks in there. Unfortunately it doesn't get very cold, feels like a cool room temperature.

    Waste of Money

    In less than two months, this mini-fridge is already non-functional. The water bottles inside, instead of being cold, it turned to be luke warm. It's no longer working, and I can hear a continuous, audible, water-like boiling/gurgling from the inside while it is plugged in. Unfortunately, I dont have protection coverage when I purchased this, thus this will go straight for disposal.

    I've had it for a few months. It is not cold at all. I set 7, making the Arrow pointing to 7 and the fridge is not cold.

    I am sorry to say that this refrigerator, at the highest setting only cools to 46 degrees when measured by two refrigerator thermometers. Any temperature above 40 degrees is dangerous and promotes the growth of bacteria.
