It seems as though the dial cannot be turned to the maximum setting.

A great little shelf refrigerator

The unit is light weight, but it is a real refrigerator not a low power modified cooler as are many products it's size. The capacity, weight and physical size are right for many applications such as the walk out basement of our cottage.
