I was a sleep deprived new mom and wanted a mini fridge in the bedroom so I didn't have to walk to the kitchen to deal with pump parts, breastmilk, formula bottles, etc. I decided to get this model instead of those tiny mini fridges because the tiny ones usually don't cool things fast and are only as good as coolers. This can be dangerous when dealing with milk and infants. When I got this, I was so excited that I decided to ignore the dent on one side. It arrived the next day after we ordered it, so whatever, I'm getting better sleep that night! I was confident that the dent was only cosmetic. While the fridge does cool fast, the back tends to ice up. If you put anything close to the back, it WILL freeze. That's not my biggest problem though. My main issue with this fridge is the noise. It's very very noisy. Every 10-15mins, the compressor will kick in (doesn't matter if I set the thermostat at 2 or 4), and will let out a huge jolting sound. A regular fridge humming is fine because it's background noise, like a fan. But this jolt is so loud it wakes up my baby, and I myself can't sleep. Every time I try to drift off to sleep, almost hovering to the edge, the darn thing will kick in and disrupt my effort, giving my heart a scare and waking me back up. It is 10x louder than a window AC's jolt, way more frequent and definitely gives more of a jump. Overall, it gave me LESS sleep. What a waste of money. It was a good idea, but sadly, this fridge is just too low a quality. This is not a fridge for a bedroom. I don't even know why it's recommended for dorm rooms. Just no. It is way too loud. If you want to have your sleep disrupted and eventually develop panic attacks, then buy this fridge.

It was just an unboxed purchase, but the condition was supposed to be excellent. The fridge is riddled with huge dents & blemishes everywhere. 2 stars just for having received it. Box was ok but still dented in the corner :( 2. Switched the door opening direction and the screw holes don't line up. Door doesn't close or seal properly so I took door off old unit and put it on this one.. 3. Smaller compressor than old unit. There is no insulation on the back side so overall doesn't maintain the cool AND IT GOES OFF EVERY 6 MINUTES AND IT'S NOT QUIET AT ALL!!! It's under my work desk so just annoying. Will try to live with it or toss it out. Definitely won't buy it again.

The box was fine and some of it was through the packaging so not due to delivery. May want to up the QA on your products. I haven’t ran it yet but already a bit disappointed.
