The box was fine and some of it was through the packaging so not due to delivery. May want to up the QA on your products. I haven’t ran it yet but already a bit disappointed.

And a within the week the fridge stopped working! I’m not too pleased. I would not recommend this product. If there is a way to get a replacement or another brand I will be happier.

When we called the manufacturer, they couldn't do anything until our college student somehow got it back to the store. So we just threw it out.

This is the first Insignia product I ever bought, and I learned a useful lesson for $70 - stay away from the grabage they sell under the Insignia label.
