I purchased this fridge for my new office at work. I haven’t utilized it yet, but it seems to be staying cold. I only gave 2 stars because right out of the box, there was a dent on each side of the fridge (hard to see in pictures but trust me they’re there). Also I had to place cardboard under one of the legs to keep the fridge from wobbling. Very disappointed with the condition/quality of the fridge. Too much of a hassle to return for the price I paid.

Still going strong. Moves in with the in-laws. This thing is a godsend.

I bought this fridge as a business tool to keep my handmade lotions, hair growth oil and so on fresh. At 1st it worked a little too well I was amazed! Then all of a sudden it started going in and out. I had to keep unplugging it

I purchased this item to go in my office area at work. Before I could take the item to work, I opened the package to exam it. After reading other reviews, I wanted to check to ensure there were no damages to the fridge. HA! To my surprise, there were damages just like another reviewer had posted. My damages, however, were more significant. Needless to say, I will be returning this item. The damage is severe enough to where I believe the fridge just may not work, or will play out soon. I am not sure how this damage occurred, but the box was not damaged nor is this an open box item. I am highly disappointed that Best Buy are selling products that have been known to have damages to the item. Best Buy need to do a better job on holding their supplies accountable for damage items.

great small bedroom fridge been using it for a while now not too loud

This was a gift we had purchased for our son so it was not opened until days after purchase. It had a dent and several scratches on it. We were completely embarrassed as it looked more like a used item than a brand new one. Our son wanted a mini fridge for his birthday so badly that he opted to keep it even though all we wanted to do is return it for another. Looking online at the time there were no more in stock at out local best buy, very disappointed. Not to mention no ID check or receipt to be shown at curbside pick up.

It came damaged but was still useable. I didn’t send it back because I have no way of doing so. I’m a travel nurse and needed it for my hotel room.

Omg. You asked me to review this junk fridge and the review conveniently got shifted to a review of the geek squad service coverage which is, one useless because it is some how my responsibility to bring a defective refrigerator that was delivered to my residence into to a store for service as the replacement will likely be to get it back home, but two equally as useless is the Geek Squad since mine was an "excellent" condition open box item that was to be inspected and guaranteed good as new in box. Never once did it work.

Not happy I received the item damage-dented on the left sided Shipping was quick and price was great I refused to return bc of the price and shipment. I don’t want to talk CS of Best Buy. I’m too annoyed for anyone to give me run around.

I’ve always been satisfied with the quality and value of Insignia products and this mini fridge is no exception. Light weight (i have it on a cart to maximize space) and it gets really cold. Its silent and has just enough internal capacity for a small office environment.

I was terrified that the fridge might come dented and it did… The door is a little unhinged and won’t close or open properly. Requires quite a bit of strength to open and close. Disappointed with the state in which I received it. Not worth the money if it never makes it in one piece.

First one had scratches on top so exchanged the next day. The new unit also had scratches on top as well as dent on front door. No quality control. Will try exchange for one more time.

I had to travel to help a relative through surgery, and quarantined in her guest bedroom first. I had this fridge delivered so I could plan and stock the perishable food I needed. First of all, the price was right and delivery was right on schedule and in great condition. The fridge was PERFECT. It was amazingly quiet - I slept only feet away, and it made almost no noise at all. It worked great, and because there is no freezer, I was able to pack an amazing amount of stuff into it - including a half gallon of milk AND 2 bottles of wine. :-) See photos. My sister has kept it and will use it as a backup fridge and as a convenience for future guests. I highly recommend this basic little fridge. It really "made" my quarantine!

Will not freeze ok if your looking for a cooler got another one it's great from Best Buy
