Pros: Looks nice in my kitchen. Nice clean lines and surfaces easy to keep clean. Heat level is perfect. Cons: The single beep when cooking is completed is a little hard to hear for someone whose hearing isn’t the best. More beeps would have been appreciated. Compared to my previous microwave, I have to push relatively hard on the timer buttons. It’s not really a negative but just something that will require getting used to.

This was a great purchase of an Insignia Microwave.It has all the features we needed on the panel, also the panel has larger numbers. Of all the features, the popcorn one is our favorite. I would recommend buying this item from Best Buy and they did an excellent job on installation.

The title says it all. This works significantly better than my more expensive Frigidaire that just kicked the bucket. It heats up better. It’s quieter. It has just the right amount of features too. My only complaint is that the numbers look real big on the screen but you need to press on them in the middle or else it won’t take. Considering how big they look you’d think it would be more forgiving. Having said that, I would still give it 5 stars.

Great value for this item. Fit perfectly above my oven. Works wonderful. The buttons are a little hard to press but that may be a setting I havent changed. Only big con is the filters will fall out if you close the soor too hard. They are not very sexure in place.

For being the cheapest one I could find, I have no complaints its a decent microwave. Install was no problem.

Works well for the price and looks well built. It just sounds cheap while the microwave is running. The exhaust fan is quieter than the microwave it replaced. I like that the display has white letters to match my other appliances. The installation templates that come with the microwave are hard to use. I ended up measuring the difference between mounting points from old microwave to drill new holes.

I gave it a 4 because I have only had it two weeks. I like the look of it and it was easy to install. The new design to protect the keypad is great. It look as good as a samsung. Think I'll enjoy it.

I was very surprised by the quality of this microwave. This was purchased to replace a samsung that lasted two years. Everything was packed very well and besides tools, all parts needed for instalation was included. The microwave looks high-end and blending with other brands well. The buttons are easy to see and responsive. The lighting is a nice neutral white color. Seems to perform very well also.

Pros. Easy to install. Quiet. Cons. Fan not that powerful. Have to press hard on the buttons. Light not very bright.

It is a great size, fits on my kitchen perfectly, is been working pretty good since I bought it!!
