I like the old ones they use to make. They were stronger they didn’t split where they connected into the phone. I had to tie the wire together so it doesn’t hang on the floor. You have NO choice but to purchase this because you don’t make the previous one anymore. Things aren’t made as good as they were years ago

An associate scanned the tag and said there were supposed to have 50 in stock that must be in the back room. He went to get them and came back with 2. We had changed our mind and wanted 4. I said we now wanted 4. I said why don’t you bring back 10 or more so you can restock the shelf which he did.
