We chose to keep it anyway because freezers are hard to find right now. And after many phone calls we did receive a $75 gift card because of the dent.

Very nice chest freezer

This product served the purpose beautifully. Easy to transport in our van, got cold quickly, held a good volume of meats, and kept them frozen. We are very pleased.

I had to do a little rearranging to make it fit. I also put a couple large bags of ice to take up some of the extra air space since it much larger then I thought.
