Long way to get there.

Upon getting it home we found the basket was not the correct basket for the freezer. They wanted us to box it up and bring it back in, seriously? After contacting the manufacturer, they sent me a basket, still the wrong basket. Had no issues with returning the basket. Ended up replacing the whole freezer but this time Best Buy delivered the replacement for free and picked up the original one at the same time. Even had the correct basket. Seems to be working fine.

The little freezer that could

More room in it than you think, especially if you use dividers and trays. Well worth it if you need the extra freezer space.

Where can I buy more hanging baskets to fit

All available at Amazon are 16.5" wide and will not fit. Read comments and called Insignia. Their parts store says baskets are 'no longer available.' They must manufacture these because each freezer is sold with one inside. Extremely frustrated at inability to locate more baskets to buy.
