The door squick underneath near the hinges when closing the door of the insignia refrigerator and it’s not leveled.

We bought this as a last resort early on during the pandemic. This was a bad purchase and will never buy an Insignia product again. The good: freezer works. The bad: pretty much everything else. Biggest issue: hot and cold zones. Bread gets either moist or stale on bottom of loaf, fruits mold within days. Temps are different on right side of a shelf vs left and shelf to shelf. Unfortunately, this piece of junk will have to be replaced. I would donate this, but it would not help anyone.

Refrigerator arrived damaged for starters. Ive only had it for 9 months and it already needs repair.

The door was damaged and I cannot get it more than halfway open at this point. I will work on it Nice unit for an old man like me! I'll keep it in my shop for "sodas" !!!

purchased the fridge, after it was delivered n set i smelt burning wire didnt think anything of when i opened the fridge three days later their was no cold fridge. I turned up but still nothing couldnt exchange it they were out of stock and i would have to wait until end of september. I just returned the fridge n purchased from another place. Very dissappointed in best buy delievery they have been crappy.

It seemed well designed and built, and even performed well for the first year. Thereafter, the interior light went out so we attempted to change the light bulb as the cure. There is no bulb, but only a circuit board with a led light strip embedded. At this point there doesn’t seem to be a remedy, so we’re a bit disappointed in this brand.

Had to get the first one replace . Didn’t cool at all. The new one cools but a lot smaller than I hoped can’t store much in there before it won’t close

Very good product, came with damaged legs, was not easy to make It vertical

I thought this is a good brand but the Refrigerator only lasted about 4 month. Fridge side stopped getting cold. Best Buy replaced it with another brand.

I replaced this unit with aN Insignia Refrigerator with a bottom freezer. The top freezer unit was difficult to get into the back of the fridge. The fridge section was diminished by the motor intrusion in the bottom cavity. Both the top and bottom freezer units temp controls are in the back and tough to manipulate when even partially loaded up. Control should be much closer to the front. Pros: lightweight; levels easily; cheap. Hope that it lasts!

The bottom drawer is not on a track so when you open it to get something out of it, the drawer falls on the floor.

I bought this for my son perfect for him i can not say anything bad or good review because im not the one using it

Right size for a small kitchen which is main reason for this particular purchase.

Well this refrigerator is great for a dorm or man cave other than that there might be a problem. Just due to the size.

Does not cool below 40. Freezer is super cold,- no problem there. Will not keep your beer cooler than 40.

We needed a refrigerator and this was the first available. I guess its simple and does the job done

For the money, a good buy. However, stuff in the back of the fridge often freezes.

I have had the fridge for 17 months and the first year was great. For the past few months the freezer has not been freezing. Not acceptable for a newer appliance to fail that quickly. Fridge continues to work which is the only reason it gets 2 stars.
