Could not get it running again. Out of warranty. Did a good job for about 12 month and then we lost $500 of food / good steaks and salmon, etc. in the freezer. Can not recommend this one!

Had one of their maintenance guys come check it out and he said it's fine. Condensation on anything I put in the frig or the freezer. Even if I put in frig first then freezer I still get freezer burn. don't waste your money on this piece of crap. Wish I would have kept my other refrigerator which was a whirlpool,

It was bought during covid lockdown, didn’t have a chance to call for repair, as they won’t be able to show up and fix it. Not recommend!

Contacted Insignia support but they wouldn't support it as it's over 1 year of standard warranty. I don't expect the fridge would last for 10 years but I can't believe it would die so soon. The freezer doesn’t keep things frozen and everything in the fridge that is liquid freezes and explodes. This item is such a hassle and a terrible purchase

Bestbuy was unable to provide a replacement in this size or within this price range. Bestbuy scheduled and rescheduled the pick up of the refrigerator several times. On one occasion they didn’t show up nor did they call to cancel.

Stopped working after 9 month

low temperature and small for me
