    Failed after 2.5 years. Do not buy an insignia branded product. Best Buy doesn’t stand behind their products. Awful customer service as well. They scheduled a service then canceled it twice. Then sent me an email telling me they wouldn’t come out. Beware. Don’t buy this fridge. Butting a new fridge from Home Depot.

    The freezer only goes down to about 20-25F. It should be at least 0 for optimal food storage. I'm hoping to return it.

    In less than a month stopped working and I couldn't get a exchange as soon as possible because they did not have another one.

    It is 2.27.2021, about 1 year after purchase of this fridge and it broke Thursday. Could not get it running again. Out of warranty. Did a good job for about 12 month and then we lost $500 of food / good steaks and salmon, etc. in the freezer. Can not recommend this one!

    Biggest mistake in my life. Had one of their maintenance guys come check it out and he said it's fine. Condensation on anything I put in the frig or the freezer. Even if I put in frig first then freezer I still get freezer burn. don't waste your money on this piece of crap. Wish I would have kept my other refrigerator which was a whirlpool,

    Freezing up the veggies

    The fridge keeps freezing up my veggie, no matter how I adjust the temperature setting from day one. It was bought during covid lockdown, didn’t have a chance to call for repair, as they won’t be able to show up and fix it. Not recommend!

    The fridge dies and stops cooling after 20 months. Contacted Insignia support but they wouldn't support it as it's over 1 year of standard warranty. I don't expect the fridge would last for 10 years but I can't believe it would die so soon. I do not recommend this product!

    This is a garage fridge/freezer. The freezer doesn’t keep things frozen and everything in the fridge that is liquid freezes and explodes. This item is such a hassle and a terrible purchase

    The fan made loud noises from time to time and motor would make super loud noises at least once a day. Had to return because I had to wake up few times at night because of the noise.

    The refrigerator was defective upon delivery. Bestbuy was unable to provide a replacement in this size or within this price range. Bestbuy scheduled and rescheduled the pick up of the refrigerator several times. On one occasion they didn’t show up nor did they call to cancel.

    Middle shelf of refrigerator freezes lettuce! It was a loaner because warranty on frig from Best Buy was stuck for 6 weeks in covid19 limbo

    Freezer works. the fridge does not stay cold like a normal fridge. Even on highest number 5 it feels like lukewarm. I wouldnt suggest this fridge at all. I'm not happy!

    The day it was delivered I started having issues with water leaking out of bottom of refrigerator. Contact Best Buy and was told to contact the manufacturer. Made several attempts and nothing.

    Stopped working after only 9 months. It never kept my food cold enough right from the beginning until it completely died after only 9 month.

    I'm having trouble returning it because no one answers me a long wait on the phone, the refrigerator is small for me and doesn't speak the bottom very well, I found it very weak
