THIS is the cable you want! Works great on XBox One controller plugged into both a One and a PC. Also charges Amazon Fire, with zero issues.

Good, but not without flaws

It doesn't go in perfectly straight and it is easily bent depending on how you hold the controller while playing. Overall, it's good though. It works.

The controller can also be used while plugged in with this cable
