It was unboxed but the BestBuy team wrapped it in plastic and bubble wrap, even put cardboard corner protectors on it. They also loaded onto my truck. It has been working great. Very satisfied. Easy to clean and has given us no problems so far (even the freezer, which we have fully stocked). The only thing I am keeping an eye on is how cold things are - sometimes it seems like they're not as cold despite having the settings on the recommended temperature. So far nothing as spoiled, but something to be aware of.

Great freezer and fridge space

I love that it fits my weekly groceries with room to spare and doesn't have any weird designs that prevents storage. It's a great bonus that it's also energy efficient, so it'll eventually pay for itself in savings too.
