    We bought this as an extra garage fridge but its awful, the door pops open all the time so we'll come out to the garage to the fridge door open and everything sweating. means its only useful for drinks that won't spoil, can't use it for extra food now, makes it pointless

    Broke after 2 months.

    Freezer failed after 2 months and Bestbuy said I had to bring it in for service. I don't own a moving truck to bring in a 5' tall refrigerator freezer. I paid for delivery because I had no way to move it. DO NOT BUY.

    Freezer stopped working after 6 months and Best Buy said that I have to bring the refrigerator to the store because I don't qualify for an in-home assessment. What a joke. I will not buy another thing at Best Buy.

    Will not stay cold even on the coldest setting. Food is rotting so I have to freeze everything. Bottom drawer just flops around. No guides to it. Screws are so tight you cannot reverse the door. I tried everything. What a mess.

    If I can put a negative review I would. I only had this product (refrigerator for 4 months and the refrigerator freezer doesn't freeze. Don't buy it. $401.00 gone down the drain. I'm disappointed & angry about it

    This is a great fridge, I love the look. Keeps a good temperature. Nice and cold. Door opens with hinge on the RIGHT when delivered. Super affordable.

    The unit I purchased has completely quit working after 6 months. Apparently it has a one year warranty, however I cannot get ahold of Best Buy customer service to initiate a repair. Would not recommend.

    i bought in february. It broke in april- they cancelled my service to repair because of the price i paid for the fridge. I paid someone alot to fix. Its november and the freezer isn't working. Do not waste your money.

    It was delivered fast but it’s not getting very cold after being plugged in for 4 days am seeing about help with this problem. Don’t recommend this refrigerator from my experience but maybe I have a defective one?

    The freezer does not work. It's on the coldest setting and my ice cube tray is water, and my chicken pot pies and eggos are soggy. Gross. I'm reaching out to Best Buy for a replacement so TBD what they say. Super disappointing.

    The refrigerator broke in less than a Best Buy's trash service is not available for large refrigerators. They require customers to drop off the items instead of providing on-site inspection.

    Bought as a beer fridge for garage. Freezer routinely stops and you have to reset. It’s very fragile since it’s not kept in a climate controlled environment

    Three of these in 4 months. First one stopped working after 3months. Second and third never turned on. In essence was a white box with a light.

    Terrible experience switching the door. I was accused of negligence because I called customer service to say the top hinge was not flippable even though the website and instructions says it is.

      If you want to change the door top hinge, you need to flip the top hinge and adjust the hinge pin, you can refer to manual page 10. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia
