Great product for good price !!! Don’t waste your time buying at other places. Save time and money

The fridge appeared to be smaller than I thought. It is deep but in real life, it appears smaller in width. There are few shelves inside and the fridge is practically on the floor. Do your good research to imagine the fridge in your home. Sometimes the door is tough to open as it gets stuck when closed like sucked in.

Practical for a one person household. It's basic and easy to maintain.

gave 4 stars because the last one was purchased 9 years ago and quit working last evening 9/7/2023 so bought another one this morning

it was fine until it broke right after the one year warranty was up. fridge stopped keeping food cold and turns out the compressor went. too expensive to fix so have to buy another one. geek squad said it was almost the same as the new one to fix which is ridiculous. will definitlely invest in a different brand

DO NOT purchase this refrigerator!!!!! We bought this for extra fridge space for leftovers, etc.. We picked it up and no problems until a week after purchasing, I opened the fridge and glass was everywhere! The top glass shelf broke into a zillion pieces. Nothing was on the shelf. It fell onto the second shelf which we hadn't adjusted yet. Luckily it didn't break. We had to throw out food, but thank goodness we hadn't really put a lot in it yet. So I called Best Buy. After talking with 3 different people on 3 different days I finally got someone who understood what I said happened and a new shelf was ordered. Well, the new shelf was delivered and didn't fit. Too tight. So as I was putting it back into the box to pack it back up, it SHATTERED in my kitchen! It was like it exploded, it happened so fast. Glass was all over me and in my foot! Luckily most of the glass was in the box. What a mess, AGAIN! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD A REFRIGERATOR SHELF BREAK. The shelves in this refrigerator are very dangerous! They should be recalled and something like plexiglass or something else should be used. Apparently this shelving is cheap and thin. Please don't buy this fridge! If not for your own safety, at least for the safety of your children or pets. Glass flies! Although I thoroughly cleaned up the glass by vacuuming/sweeping both times, I still found glass slivers days later. I have not called Best Buy again. What's the point? We may go to Home Depot or Lowes and see if we can find some other type plexiglass or something else that we can have cut to fit the inside of this fridge. So frustrating!!!! Don't buy this!!!!

You have to put the refrigerator on coldest temperature in order for it to really get cold

It’s a very nice refrigerator. It’s is very small I am 4’11 and I still bend over very low to reach the inside of the refrigerator

There is a noisy and annoying water flowing sound coming from the freezer. It totally sucks and wonder if this is covered under warranty.

The fridge was nice, but the temperature in the recommended setting only reached 51 degrees Fahrenheit and it’s max power 48 degrees Fahrenheit. The milk and fresh food were spoiled and I asked for an exchange. The Best Buy truck came 2 days later took the original malfunctioning refrigerator and did not bring the replacement leaving without a refrigerator.

The fridge is OK, but ours was damaged when we unpacked it. A big dent in the top back corner. Have not been able to reach anyone in customer service.
